German Services, Inc., a licensed and insured property management company, was founded in 1993 in the state of Florida.
We provide the following services:
- Personal and complete property management
- Inspect and watch your property
- Disburse payments for all bills
- Oversee lawn and pool service
- Prepare your property for your arrival and close after your departure (purchase groceries, have your car or boat, etc.)
- Airport Service (to/from Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Fort Myers)
- Contact person for your guests, family, friends, or renters, for check in and check out, assist with questions and problems, arrange for cleaning, airport service.
- Supervise any maintenance/repairs needed
- Secure property if desired, when hurricane is threatening (Hurricane season is from June 1st through November 30th.)
- Additional Services:
Assistance for German speaking people who would like to get Their Florida Driver's License.
- Perform wedding ceremonies
